Scott has over 17 years of experience in marketing, sales and leasing of commercial real estate with The McConnell Companies and previously, The Linpro Company (now known as LCOR, Inc.) and The Flynn Company. As an owner’s representative, Mr. Johnson has leased properties for owners such as Lend Lease, TA Associates and Brandywine Realty Trust. He has provided tenant representation for companies such as First USA Bank, Beneficial Corporation, Household International, Potter Anderson and Corroon, Fusua.com and Sun National Bank as well as developing numerous call centers and facilities in markets such as Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and Florida. Scott has been involved with the design and development of over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and warehouse space and acquired over $100 million of property for third party clients. He holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Utah State University, attended the MBA program at Northeastern University, and is currently a board member of the Commercial Industrial Realty Council. Scott is a licensed broker in the state of Delaware.
